Goulburn Valley Hearing Clinic was established in 1987. It is the Goulburn Valley Region’s oldest and most experienced provider of comprehensive audiology services. Our services are delivered by university-trained audiologists to serve the entire community. We offer diagnostic assessments for newborn babies, as well as hearing aid dispensing and Cochlear Implant management for adults.

Goulburn Valley Hearing Clinic is
- A contracted Service Provider for the Hearing Services Program
- An approved Service Provider for WorkSafe Victoria
- The contracted service-provider for Clinical Audiology Services at Goulburn Valley Health in Shepparton
- A registered service provider for the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
- A permanent location and open between 9 am and 5 pm, Monday to Friday
Our Audiologists are accredited university-qualified audiologists who provide client-centred care, with special interests in
- Cochlear Implant support and management
- Dispensing modern, computer-programmable digital hearing aids from the world’s leading manufacturers
- Audiological assessments, including Evoked Response Audiometry
- Newborn hearing screening, diagnostic assessment and parent support
- Industrial hearing screening, air pilot licence and pre-employment tests
Goulburn Valley Hearing Clinic is independent, locally owned and operated:
- We are not part of a retail chain.
- We are not owned by a vertically integrated, overseas-owned hearing aid manufacturer.
- We do not have any business relationships with health insurance companies.
- We do not pay our audiologists commissions, or sales bonuses or set sales targets
